Add Your Event to the F-Class Points Series Calendar

The F-Class Points Series brings together matches from across the country into one unified system — allowing competitors to easily find upcoming events and track their standings.

To help make your match visible to competitors nationwide, we invite match directors to post their events to our shared F-Class Points Series Calendar.

🗓 How It Works

  • Each participating match is assigned its own Google Calendar, linked under the main F-Class Points Series calendar.
  • We create the calendar for you and grant you editing permissions.
  • You add and manage your own match dates — these automatically appear on our public master calendar.

🔧 Initial Setup

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to fclass.points.series@gmail.com and include:
    • Match or Range Name
    • Location (City, State)
    • Match Director Name
    • Preferred Google Account Email Address (for calendar access)
  2. We’ll Create Your Calendar
    We’ll set up a new calendar within our account specifically for your match, and send you an invite to accept access.
  3. Add Your Events
    Once you’ve accepted access, log into your Google account and add events as usual — include titles, dates, and any registration links. Your events will automatically appear on the public F-Class Points Series calendar.

✅ Already Have a Google Calendar?

If you already manage your schedule in Google Calendar, you can share it directly with us instead of creating a new one.

  1. Open Google Calendar on your computer.
  2. On the left, find your calendar, click the three dots (⋮), then choose Settings and sharing.
  3. Under Share with specific people, click Add people.
  4. Enter fclass.points.series@gmail.com.
  5. Under Permissions, select Make changes to events.
  6. Click Send.

Once we accept your shared calendar, we’ll link it to our master calendar so your events appear alongside others in the series.
